Educational Qualification	• Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with at least Second Division from a recognized university. • Degree/Diploma in Education: B.Ed./Shiksha Shastri recognized by NCTE. • Subject-specific PG/professional qualifications may be required for certain subjects (e.g., M.Com. for Commerce, M.Mus. for Music, relevant PG/professional degree for Drawing/Computer Science, etc.).	• Graduation in the relevant subject. • B.Ed./Degree/Diploma in Education as prescribed for Senior Teacher recruitment. • Subject-specific requirements to be checked in the official 2nd Grade notification.
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)	21–40 years	18–40 years
